Preorder Destiny 2 - £38.99 at Amazon - top-up required

The cheapest I've found to get Destiny 2 on day of release. This applies to both the PS4 and XBOX - PC is even cheaper at £32.99.

You get the standard plus version which comes with the game and two pre-order bonuses which are the exotic weapon and salute emote (exclusive to Amazon)

So two things for this:
1. You need to be a prime member to be eligible for the £2 pre-order discount.

2. Utilise the £20 top-up giving £25 credit (£5 free credit), detail on how to do this can be found in the link below but in short you top-up your account at a shop with Paypoint using the barcode assigned to your account and top by by a minimum of £20 and amazon will immediately credit you an additional £5 for free.

Those voting down can you please tell everyone where you have found it cheaper (as I too would like to know).

If you're voting on your preference for the game rather than whether or not it's a good deal then that's very unhelpful for the community

Played beta. Very much like 1st part, not worth full price.. another easy rip off like Cod.

As you stated this is just buying something using a deal already posted. This is cold as if everyone used the same logic as you have then we would have hundreds of posts created saying "Buy 'X' using this already posted deal"

I see your where you are coming from.
I posted to give context to the deal (as I have seen others do in the past) and this can help those who haven't seen the £5 free credit when they were searching for Destiny 2 deals

The method you describe is like the foundation of this site, happens all the time when big retailers have promos on.

Agree CowPuncher.
Someone posted a Destiny 2 deal at Smyths toys with the pre-order £5 discount - that could have applied to any pre-order game but given there wasn't anything out there for Destiny 2, it was sensible

You are correct.

idiots voting cold because they dislike or suck at destiny... the price is HOT!
keep your personal opinions away from your common sense. its a great deal

Peeps you can potentially get this for £33.99 by utilising the pre-order deal amazon is currently doing if you have already pre-prefer. If not you can get it for £35.99 which is still a really good deal!
I'll put some more details in below

The legend Kcooperman posted this in the thread - kudos to the man. Please like his comment in the link to the thread I posted above.
This is how you apply the promo to your current pre-order. FYI I used Final Fantasy 7 (remake) in the basket

Thats not very clear. Could you provide a bit more detail?

Here you go.

1. Add something to your basket over £35
2. Applypromo code (don't complete order)
3. Go to your pre order
4. Click change payment method
5. Click continue (don't change anything at all)
6. Done
