Interesting but US keyboard layout and won't run off USB are probably the two down points I would pick up on.

Also has the same CPU as the Intel Compute stick launched last year so nothing special there.

Love the idea... Wonder if the touch panel has click left and right or double tap only?
A built in battery would be nice but then again, as it needs a screen, you'll be near a power port anyway.
I like it. Heat

Power Input is 5V. We can potentially use USB to power jack like some of the external USB DVD drives?
Then again, you can have all the above and a screen for very similar money with a UK warranty:

I have a similar "minipc"(same cpu) and after ~30min of use it doesn't work very well due to the heat I suspect, It start slowing down to the point that it's useless (specially for watching videos, even at 720p). So be careful and look up for reviews.
really love the idea of this. wonder why nobody came up with it before.

They did, ages ago. Asus eeepc did a keyboard variation.

Oh and every micro from the
'80s was like this too!

Personally I like the fact that it won't run off USB, there's nothing worse than a computer that needs power through the usb port you also need to use for additional peripherals, the Linx tablets were terrible for this reason, you could do a bit of cabling to get it charging, but it would be slower, meaning it was like the scene in Apollo 13 trying to cut out services and other unnecessary software just to get my Linx, an external network card and hard drive to run 24x7.

If they did a black and red one, you'd have a perfect Oric Atmos emulator setup :-)

This would be perfect if it had a built in projector. Don't suppose anything like this exists yet? Oh and of course a UK keyboard layout
So, it's a non-portable laptop, without the screen... sounds great.
