President Butter £1.50 250g @Waitrose.

Usually goes on offer, at all Supermarkets (who stock it) from time to time..

This time it's on offer at Waitrose £1.50.

(Also Asda £1.75)

Imo, the tastiest butter 😋

So it's fairly safe to say this applies to a lot of products, it's all in the mind, just by putting it in a packet from a retailer you associate with quality things taste better.

I've tasted a few different butters ! From Aldi, to Asda, M&S, Lurpac, etc etc..

I'd say this is on par, if not better than Lurpac .. but each to their own ...

It's not obligatory 🤣.. it's just a heads up, this butter goes on offer every now n then by different Supermarkets !
Sorry I couldn't buy this, it would remind me of Trump and what he might get up to in Russian hotel rooms with a block of butter and a bevvy of poor Russian sex workers.
Bestest butter this one
Nothing beats Kerrygold - it's so good.

Disagree. Kerrygold is lovely, but Country Life is loveliest.

It normally does not work like that. Even though a factory could be making products for different supermarkets, the quality does vary based on the price points and specifications. I admit for the butter that could be limited scope for variation but for other products like ready-meals there is a lot of difference. This was admitted by one of the manufacturers in a documentary.
It works like that at the butter factory, the guy that cuts the butter and makes it says its the very same butter out of the same tube.

He fills his shoes and pants when the boss not looking, offered me some but l declined
Best butter ever, I got through so much of this in Frane last year it was unreal. Wine, cheese, and butter - three things I'll trust the French on.
