got one
excellent price and cooker.
Need some muscles for a full load though.
I think these will be obsolute one day, with Instant Pot "safe" pressure cookers available.

LMFAO
I would give hot for the price, but this cooker does not have a whistle styled pressure regulator, which itself acts as a timer.

sad
Nice one! Have heat!
this is good but a bit small
thanks
expired oos
12lb high pressure is poor, most quality pressure cookers when at high pressure are set for 15 or 16lb so the cooking time would need to be adjusted with this cooker

in my life i have had food cooked in aluminium pressure cooker atleast for 22 years and iam alive and thats ok. This world eats food cooked on non-stick surfaces and plastics and they dont care about that.

You are doing that on an Aluminium. You should not be worrying too much and actually you must be feeling safe.
Error 404. When I got there the cupboard was bare.

Food poisoning by metals is real. Just visit a hospice and ask people there why so many are dying from cancer. Once the balance of carcinogens in your body goes above the safe limit cancer and other diseases take over. But the fear is more from plastic and chemicals in processed food than metal utensils. Earlier people used used to think lead pipes were safe as well for drinking water .I will never cook anything in Teflon or non microwave safe non trusted plastic for this reason . Aluminium utensils are protected by invisible and strong aluminium oxide coating which forms on exposure to air . But strong acids and alkalies can dissolve this coating and then aluminium can leach in food . I also avoid aluminium based deodorants for this reason.
