Good point. Also, why not make a day of the trip and visit the museum. It's a fantatsic place, and you can't say better than free.

£1 to see thuggish Palace players cheat and elbow the opposition in the face? Won't vote either way on this one!

Hot. Would be good to see more clubs do this with the price of matches rising

Because it's a great attraction but dying on it's **** in Preston and needs to be somewhere where it will get the visitors it deserves - that means somewhere with decent footfall, and most certainly not Preston.

What do you mean by that? Did you misread footfall as football in my post? The NFM is a really great attraction but I'd bet most football fans aren't even aware of it's existence, let alone visited it, something which the visitor numbers and funding needed to keep it afloat back up. Preston just is not the right location for it. I'm not sure that Manchester is either but at least it will have a fighting chance there

It's down to marketing. The NFM committee need to actually tell people it exists before anyone can visit. How about a brown sign on the M6 for example? The current location is unique and historic, and it should stay where it is. The whole debate has just become a points scoring exercise between the City councils.

Well totally agree about marketing, it's poor how little is done to make people aware of it, but I can't see it ever getting the support it needs in it's current location no matter what is done, especially with the FA's attitude to it. It's a real shame as it's a great day out, I've recommended it to numerous people now and they've all been really impressed with it, just a shame more people don't know about it.

Voted hot anyway.

Adult tickets start at £20. Just as a side note, one adult could take 5 children if they wanted. There doesn't need to be one paying adult per child for this offer.

Forest fan actually and I was at the game on Saturday. The referee must have been slipped a brown envelope not to send off Clint Hill for that disgraceful elbow, but I guess it's the least you can expect from a team managed by Colin.

Preston v Palace Halloween special?

Sounds like a nightmare to me.

Hot deal btw.

Thanks Juxtaposed!

Deffo hot from me, taking 5 kids whove never been on deepdale before.
