Anyone got a decent recipe for some paper-thin crepes? They always end up being wayyy too thick!

Obviously not;)
Weight 1.54 Kg gonna make tossing them a bit harder than usual. Not much of a tosser myself, but I know some place great pride in it!

It doesn't spread...
What a waste, I'm a total newbie in the kitchen and made perfect crepes for the first time this week using a frying pan

Sounds as though the batter's too thick. I use Delia's quantities. 2 large eggs, 4oz plain flour, 7floz milk, 3floz water, 2tbsp melted butter, pinch of salt.

Although I was being somewhat facetious before, it's true that you don't want to much better in the pan. Just enough to coat the surface with a bit of tilting/swirling. If you keep pouring until you can't see the bottom of the pan it's too much.
These things are a load of crepe
Opened on Christmas Day, back of the cupboard 2 days later never to be seen again.
I had the "what do you need that for" debate with the wife over one of these and to be fair to her, with the exception of Geordie Foreman, it has been used a lot more than the other small kitchen electricals in the cupboard. She doesn't drink coffee and hit out at my Tassimo I haven't used in about 9 months! Fair point
