I will be surprised if it stays to be honest, £2 price drop does not constitute a repost, Will have to see, depends which Mod is on.

2 quid on 80smthing worth reposting,...some even repost on the same price when from oos became available again...here is a deals site so imo, theoretically even for a penny cheaper can be reposted..
If I had only waited a week I would have been £2 richer X)
Great drive so voted hot as it is a good price.
Remember: when you get this run the samsung benchmark tool. If your read or write iops are half what they should be you have one from the bad factory.

Give it a week, save further £1.50 and share it with us all.
I ordered one of these with the desktop attachment and cables for £85 about 3 weeks ago (they're still available at £85 btw), they still haven't dispatched.
Basically Amazon are just short selling SSDs with the inevitable 2 month lead time guaranteeing price drops.
Brilliant money making scheme, high five Amazon.

More likely u don't have the proper drivers for ur chipset installed or check ur BIOS.
just installed this drive today.
its monster fast
pi**es all over my old sandisk
I guess I might aswell speak to amazon chat to get refunded the difference as I ordered mine yesturday
I think a £2 reduction on an already good price is worth posting. If the product cost like £900 then £2 is hardly a difference, but a £2 reduction on something costing £85 is rather noteworthy.
I posted this about a week ago and its still a better deal, its this hard drive but with a fitting kit and usb kit £84.99
Cold from me
I managed to get the difference refunded from Amazon. Speak to their online chat services. I am £2 richer

The frantic lull before the SS Expensive hits its iceberg and begins its descend to the ocean depths. Long live the SS Expensive. Arise SS Cheapo and long may its reign lasts.
how long for can u claim the difference for?
Around 30 days, equivalent to how many day left to return the product for arguements sake with customer service.

Mmmmm pie.
LOL...good to see that someone else is on the same wavelength as me. X)
Guys i just joined flubit knowing nothing about them (i saw someone mention them on here), i just tried this link out and they sent me an offer of £78.01(inclusive of 1 item, VAT & Standard Delivery). Can anyone tell me anything about flubit and if there safe and how there delivery times are and anything else they know about them. I dont understand how they can just undercut an already good price.

Well I tried ordering with them twice and both times they cancelled my order of this SSD. So I probably won't use them again.
Just bought one this morning! Since this is only a bare SSD, I had to think about the data cable. Took a chance for the cheep one at Amazon for £4.99 amazon.co.uk/gp/…c=1 I hope this cable will up to its job.
As for Flubit. I joined them recently, too. Couple of weeks back I tried to flubit the same SSD but with the cable kit. They did offer me a nice 12% discount from Amazon's price, BUT they also cancelled my order the next day (at same time Amazon's price went up for a moment). This time, I just bought the SSD and cable on Amazon, since I had some Gift Card money built up.
Looking forward to give a new breath to my 3 year old Acer Aspire 5750 with 500GB 5400 rpm HDD!
Read something about how you need to update the firmware on these which can only be done on windows is this true?
Cheers.

But yours is now £99.99. Daft reason to vote this cold even if the kit was £85 when you posted - everyone knows SSD's can sit anywhere (cable tied, velcro taped, sat on the base)
