That is one good looking thermostat.
It's the Nest Thermostat E - apparently a budget version of its predecessor with lesser specs.

This deal means you're getting it for about £50, if you factor in current promo price of £24 for the Google mini.

Me and you both
No error then
I would assume that you'd also need the equivalent Nest system for it to actually change the temp etc?
Out of stock now
Showing as OOS when I tried to purchase... anyone else had this?

Yes & No. It is acttually a different install method.

Nest E can be self installed by just replacing the thermostat. Very easy.

You don't have to touch the boiler wiring.

Right, so like a Hive. Just replace the thermostat receiver that's connected up to your combi boiler, plug in the hub, power on the thermostat, install the mobile app, create account/profile & configure and you're away - right?
20 minute job.

Does this include everything you need to control your heating via the app? Receiver and Thermostat?

Guess it depends on the system.

On mine I'd have to open the boiler to wire the receiver next to it.

This version of Nest I just swapped the thermastt in the hall.
Good deal...

Remote control down those costs as you look at the app on the train into work "eh! They left it on 25 degree boost for 5 hours again! Let's dial that down to 20.5 - that's more than enough."

Best thing I did to manage running costs for the house, was fitting a smart thermostat. Next easy big win was switching away from BT phone & broadband contract and renewing with another supplier when each deal runs out, an Echo Spot & a Google mini, a few smart plugs & light bulbs and a couple of Roku + Sticks - all bought when a deal's spotted on HUKD.
(One could argue the savings have just been spent on all these gadgets.)

Next project is a low cost CCTV with optional machine guns in the flower pots either side of the main door, a lá YouTuber nutter Colin Furze.
Not impressed with the current gen of Blink, seems poorly thought out.
