Tesco used to do a Dunn's River Coconut Milk for 54p in the Jamaican/Chinese section but they stopped over a year ago, now they only seem to do an Amoy one for just under £2, will look out for this Pride one. (M&S do coconut milk as standard for £1.29 which seems the cheapest of the main players) . I love my Thai Green Curry so am always on the lookout for this stuff:)

Tesco used to do Dunns River for 37p last year!!
They do a caribbean choice one now for £1 but its on offer regular for bogof but, its a bit rubbish and splits easily when cooking

Where???

Edit: Ahh, Tesco. Would be helpful if you put it in your title.

Mmmm laxatives.

You can find it next to the new energy drink for Rastas - Dread Bull : it gives you tings

Me like tings!

From my experience, this is about the standard price for this brand of Coconut milk. I buy this almost every week from Morrisons for 79p. So whilst it is 1p cheaper, it certainly is not more than 50% off. Yes, it is half price in relation other overpriced brands but not for this product. I always go for this as Morrisons have their 'foods of the world' section and I always find this in there.

I feel a pina colada moment coming on.

Just as an alternative, Tropical coconut milk £9.00 for 12 cans delivered from Amazon if its of use to anyone (75p each), know it's not much cheaper than this but if you use a lot its a good buy. Heat added!

These are ok for just one time use. For everyday use I'd go for Maggi coconut milk powder. More value for money.

Agreed. This is cold

Coconut milk at full price like the ones from Amoy are a rip off.

Coconut milk is on half price at various times of year.

Usually around the 60p mark nowadays.

I agree, Maggi powedered stuff is great at around 1.99 for a box

Decent quality coconut milk is hard to find for my Thai curries but this stuff is very good, much better than the watery Dunn river. They used to sell this in Sainsbury's for about 80p and Dunn was about 60p which was a bargain, but now only Dunn available for 99p. My Asda sells the Amoy one for around a £1 which I think is resonable for a far good product but Pride is not far off this. Good deal imo.

There is a shortage of cocunut milk hence why prices have gone up, suspect will go higher with recent floods in thai!
