primark clearance - 20p on underwear

Found 21st Sep 2013
Just been to Primark Lakeside and they have massive bins on the top floor with men's and kids underwear all reduced to 20p an item. They are individual items and yes you are going to have to rummage through and check the size labels. You cant go wrong with men's boxers and kids vests and socks (they are in pairs, by the way) at 20p. I managed to fill a bag costing me only £4!

national?

Primark deals are never national. I work at Primark and will tell you how it works is each store even though under the Primark brand has individual stock. Some have the same as others but not all are the same. This affects offers and as for underwear (I work on meswear) They usually get reduced like this as people damage packaging making it impossible to put them back on shelves. After a while they build up. Once theres a lot of them they get sold off cheap.

"You cant go wrong with men's boxers" ...... oh you can

Primark swindon had bins with men's undies for 10p.

20p.........that's about what it costs them to manufacture the garments anyway.....:)

Are they returns?

They will not be returns as underwear is non refundable or exchangable (I work for Primark) It will merely be a case of odds that were found in the warehouses and are being let go for cheap

Are they returns?

They will not be returns as underwear is non returnable or exchangable (I work on customer services at Primark). Like someone else said, they'll be odd items from damaged cases that have built up and now they're getting rid of them.

Worst underwear ever. Cold.

Wear em once behaviour...or donate to charity shop if your feeling bad.

I love it when the knickers come down!
