These are very cheap, but also on the heavy side at just over 2kg.
I don't think I have seen a cheaper pair with thru Axle before! With free delivery.
Not bad if you need a winter set of wheels.
700c which is the same size as 29" MTB wheels but usually slightly narrower rims.
