You might already know this... But I would feel guilty if I didn't say anything. Tuna consumed in high quantities can lead to mercury poisoning. The average adult is recommended to only consume 2 cans of tuna per week. My Son also loves tuna sandwiches, we make sure he has no more than 2 sandwiches per week and space them out 3-4 days apart just to be safe.

Edit: Also heat added because that is some seriously cheap tuna!
