I did the same with wine last year in the hope we would manage to spread it out a bit but we just ended up making lots of late evening inebriated trips up a wobbly loft ladder for the second bottle we were so in need of!!

Nice find. These are usually about £2 in most major supermarkets.

I was once told Pringles contain such little potato that they don't qualify as crisps and therefore avoid tax, unfortunately they are unbelievably moreish. ;'(

Just don't drop the lid on the ground! BBC link.

Edit: Beaten to it.

Exactly - you are just paying for the expensive advertising they do and the branding

Make sure you don't drop the lid off these otherwise its £500 fine

Had me first tube of these in ages last week, the prawn cocktail flavour has got even stronger I think. My fav crisp, love them.

I work for Kellogg's and we make Pringles, and this is nearly as cheap as I can buy them for.... great price.

Strange just this second got back from my local ASDA (didnt see this deal before i went) and they was 2.58 each, probably my local not updating the prices as usual.

When was this ?

Pringles £1
Must be nearly xmas
Woo hoo

I haven't bought Pringles since last Christmas, we got so many they lasted about 6 months so I was sick of them... might have to get some more to repeat the cycle now they're a quid again... mmm sour cream and onion

Great to know some of our finest scientific minds are beavering away, even as we speak, seeking out the next new Pringle flavour sensation.

Which just goes to prove that potatoes are over-rated. (_;)

Hot deal.

yay been waiting for these to be back a pound. Pringles have become somewhat of Christmas tradition 'cause that's about the only time of the year they are sold at a reasonable price. Great for scoffing at the pictures I know where I'm off to today, shopping to be done!

Bargain HEAT ADDED (_;)

there is no deal on at tesco but im sure they will match the deal soon

Probably not. They've got to recoup that £0.25 billion from somewhere, and it ain't gonna be from the shareholders

Sour cream & onion are my favourite
