Went to Tesco on saturday, had a massive sign out showing £2.50 for these, making out like it was a massive deal
Just tasted the piri piri chicken flavored ones....yummy
Couple of months ago the standard price for these was £1. Now these supposedly "half price" at £1.25 is a "hot" deal?!

Small wonder companies keep ripping us off with price increases and shrinkflation if we are happy to accept it.

Same folk who pay £3 for a chocolate orange or £2 for a Frijj milkshake. Who are these people?!

Normally I’d agree but I swear the Pringles are actually bigger now or have they always been 200G?
I pity the fool who would pay £2.50 when are they going to stop this nonsense.

Yes. I’ve never paid more than a £1 for pringles. Wish they would stop jacking up prices. No-one would surely pay 2-2.50 for a tub of these
Same price at asda x
off topic but. earlier this year I discovered "bakefuls", a cheese ritz type snack and they were beautiful. i got them when they were one of the items to qualify for pantry free delivery. alas it now looks like they are no more

Not really, since it's 200g which is more than every other packet of £1 crisps on the shelf

The standard price has never been £1. Maybe in a Poundland, but in the supermarkets they're always £2-£2.50 unless they're on offer.
They were definitely bigger. Used to buy frequently when at £1 but no longer; too big a price hike even after “discount “ just more rip off Britain
That’s something added to my shopping list tomorrow

I've seen some half-empty shelves even when they're at £2.50 so people do definitely buy them at that price, unbelievably.

True, but they were literally always on offer at several of the big supermarkets. That's what I meant by the "standard price" of £1.

They were a bit weird, imo. Tasted like slightly off chicken.
