Good price particularly for the 2 batteries. How does this brand compare with a similar Black and Decker, thanks. Hot!
Shame they do not do anymore free collection from Ryman.

6 hours to charge the BD, so would recommend this over it any day

As much as I want the BD, this is a better deal. Not because of the brand, I still prefer BD and also have a spare battery, but the BD is the 10.8v version and this is 18v. The equivalent BD to this is usually about £35 (with 1 battery) when on sale and over £50 most of the time.

This is the equivalent BD to this but only 1 battery:

BD is 6 hours charge with 200 ma charger and 3 hours charge with 400 ma charger. So depend which model you get. The one listed here cannot be compared with this one, as BD is the small version 10.8v and this one is the 18v. BD equivalent to this charges in 3 hours.
