Using the code ZQ266 (£25 off) you can get this game at the bargain price of £15! May not appeal to many FIFA fans (like myself) but for this price you can't complain and if you don't like it, you can get £29 for it for selling to CEX!

Thanks

Its gonna get cold cos of the code.

Good deal if you are a new customer to littlewoods, if not they might come knocking for that £25 back

Littlewoods are not very popular on this forum.

Yup... expect a load of hassle with them wanting the money back from you if you wasn't issued the voucher.

But isnt that part of the problem, it will work but then they can come back and say it wasnt issued to you.

I like this deal, done my share of voucher deals but only 1 per company about 9 months ago and havent heard anything. Got some great deals

cold..obvious reasons

Put a £25 item in your basket, but state card payment.
Put code in at check out and item drops to free.
Pay £0.00 by card.
No risk of charging you later as you have agreed to credit for the item and they can only debit you the amount you agreed to.

If you have money in your paypal account, create a virtual credit card with paypal for the amount you agree to spend.

Then if they decided they want to charge more than that amount, the virtual credit card has that limit so that won't be possible.

Just because they cant take the money doesnt mean you wouldnt owe them the money! Read up about it first before you comment.

I must be missing something here!

Pro Evo is £49.99 for both the PS3 & 360 (Not only that but sold out) Where I come from £49.99 - £25 does not make £15!!!

So how in hell is this a Hot Deal???

Brrrrrrrrrrrr, Littlewoods Codes, chilling deals since 2007!

I know all about it mate. Read loads. Fact is that it they pass the transaction as a card payment, with no agreed credit for that payment and deliver the item, then they have agreed to sell to you at exactly the amount they charged your card.

So If Im A New Customer @ Very Then I Can Use The Code?

Banned

am I the only one getting sick of all these LW/MW/Additions/Very codes clogging up the site.

I spam them as the voucher code is in VOUCHERS so its really a duplicate

Maybe if others did the same, then people would get the message.

No they don't and you could easy get a chargeback performed by your bank if they did. A compnay can only debit your card with your permission, for the amount you agree at the time of perchase. Anything else it consider theft and your bank are abliged to perform a charge back. I worked for banks for years and have performed that very request hundreds of times. Anyone who has been done, by Littlewoods like that in the past is a mug for not taking the matter up with their bank.

This is simply not true, read their T&C in regard to voucher usage and you will see why.

Regardless of their T&Cs, your bank has T&Cs on the use of debit cards. One of them will be that only AGREED transaction are the responsiblity of the card holder. Sorry to burst your bubble but as I said anyone who has lost money to LIttlewoods for additional recharges has been mugged off.

I have never said that they would charge the debit card. But you would still owe them the money if you have not followed the T&Cs that you agreed to when you placed the order, they can/have started civil proceedings to reclaim money in the past so i don't see why they wouldn't do it again.

If the transaction is passed as a card payment and not a credit agreement (on account) then they can't do anything about it. You will owe them nothing. What part of that are you not getting??

Sorry guys but Uncle Monkey is bang on here. They can have all the T&Cs they want but if you pay with a debit card, they have no legal standing to take additional funds from you card. The banks have every power to get your cash back to you.

However, if they catch you using a voucher that you are not entitiled to, they may write to you to ask for the difference back. They would have to take you through small claims court to get it back.

Er did you even read my post?? I never said you were wrong. I said that he was bang on. Geez... :whistling:

Regardless they have no right charging you after the transaction. They MAY consider pursuing you through small claims court but the likelihood of that is pretty small imo. Its a gamble at the end of the day. They should really sort out their shop system to only accept genuine vouchers where applicable as all they are doing is leaving themselves open to abuse.
