Decent prices on both of these, really good for adding some extra weight for pullups, Pushups dips ect... The amount of times I've seen people awkwardly trying to add weight to their workout by clutching a dumbbell between their knees is unreal

10KG Vest - Here - £19.99

A reasonable quality dip belt is best for pull ups. Will allow people to advance to 100lbs+ if they have the will.
These are great prices however. Have voted hot.

Yeah, these are more of an all rounder really. Didn't think they were bad at all really.
Would something like this help if you are just walking to places?

I'd like to know this too?
I'm thinking on the treadmill, a brisk walk/jog mix.

depends what your trying to achieve, I wondered about running in one but have you ever seen or heard of any professional athletes/sportsperson training in one?
Would avoid, bought one (10kg) recently, weights did not even fit in the vest so had to lug it all the way back to the shop
just put a bit of extra weight on. (_;)
these are great for improving your climbing strength as well, add a bit more difficulty on that 8a+ overhang (_;)
Good idea but think I'd look an absolute plonker wearing this to the gym
Serious question - would a couple of bags of spuds and a rucksack not achieve the same thing or is all about the weight distribution.?

It is indeed about evening out weight distribution. If it was all on your back, you'll be unbalanced and probably end up increasing risk of injury pretty significantly. (depending how you use it)

Add weight to your workout? Have a pie or three, with chips and curry sauce.

Then do squats and see who your friends are. (_;)
I got the 10Kg the other week. the weights are hard to put in but is possible. You def don't look cool wearing it. My wife said I look like I'm a SWAT wannabe.
