I have posted Blah DVD as you can get 8% Quidco too! However, this game is available with Free delivery for £15.93 @ The Hut, Currys, Asda, Dixons & LoveFilm but with less Quidco so overall Blah DVD wins!

The latest addition to the Brain Training family is 'Professor Kageyamas Maths Training'. This was only released last month (08/02/2008).

This title also falls into a "2 DS Games for £30" offer that Blah are currently doing. There may be another title that takes your fancy, bringing this down to the equivalent of only £15!!

GAME DESCRIPTION:
The foundation of Dr Kageyamas Maths Training is 100 square calculations a method conceived by Kageyama Hidea, a Japanese elementary school principal. The DS is held side ways like a book and all answers are written using the stylus.

The key principal of the software is repetition which according to Kageyama stimulates the brain. The main exercise 100 cells maths, consists of 100 simple maths problems combined into a 10 by 10 grid using the numbers at the top and side of the grid. There are however many other exercises, ranging from simple one digit math problems to slightly more complex three digit challenges.

The selection of three exercises changes every time the user advances to the next level which happens every five days).
Depending on speed and accuracy a player will be rewarded with a bronze, silver or gold medal and a listing in the top three best times for that particular exercise.

Fair comment Mrszerrouk, although this game has only just been released, so in a few months i'm sure it will fall in price. Let me know if you find it any cheaper though because my Nephews Bday is coming up and he would love this

I didn't even know that this is a new game, if I did buy any games then I would say that this is a good price.

This game is good for youngsters too, by the way, unlike the brain training games which are too hard for my 5 year old daughter.

15.93 at The Hut, that's like a while 2p cheaper LOL!

Anyone know if this uses handwriting recognition? Because if it uses the same system as Dr. Kawashima's Brain Training, I had to take mine back for a refund because the mistakes it made in recognition drove me crazy - which was a shame because I loved it otherwise.

u do have to write the numbers but as there is only 10 digits there is less scope for mistakes.
