Many protein bars reduced in HOLLAND AND BARRETT stores.

& They are in 4 for 3

All in the same transaction!!!

I got 32 bars for £25 !!!!

There are many others reduced, Maximuscle/Power/Nutrimino/Grenade

I only like certain ones!

Also reduced were flapjacks and bounce balls, some are in the 4 for 3!

Not new no, i know the sport nutrition market well.

Yourll find home bargain's has the horrible ones that Maximuscle are slowly liquidating to make way for the improvements they have made.

Most taste of ass

Edit: I got 32 for £25 (78p each)

Fair enough, I'm going more on the brand as optimum is very high standard sports nutrition.

Whey hey! Omg £25 on protein bars, protein is a supplement, it only helps if you are deficient in protein from your diet. Just eat more nuts, legumes, whole grains, and vegetables.

I prefer the maximuscle ones. The opti nutrition ones contain polyols as I'm in ketosis atm they don't agree me.

Ok, alot of people will disagree. If you have a very hectic lifestyle it saves time.
Time is money for me

Plus 78p for 20g of protein is cheap

i get 48 bars for £35 at bodybuildingwarehouse. 4% cashback too. they taste great.
The week is pretty busy for me too, I like to make a mega batch of tuna pasta salad on the Sunday and put them in 6 or so little tubs with smaller pots with nuts in. I'm all good to go for the week then.

I personally couldn't eat 6 meals that were the same for a week. And no pasta for me, no more then 50g of carbs a day. Whatever works for you though
is it ON chocolate orange ones? that are of bbe 12/2017? if so, I bought a box of them a few days ago form H&B... 50p for a bar.
Or you prepare two batches of different things and alternate, which is what I do but I did not elaborate. But what works for one doesn't work for all, I get it. I used to work on the road a lot, hated it with all the traffic jams. You have my sympathy.

Ooo i see, thought you meant the ON ones, i should have worded the whole thread differently as you cant get the ON bars cheaper anywhere, guess it's just a small market of consistent buyers. I dont do flapjacks too dense for me.
