It doesn't matter whether you've got a big one or a small one - you just need to use it properly. A small one like this will just need a bit more shaking... Not a problem for me though - I've got a big one!
Not bad I paid £3 for a Gatorade one.
Hard to post so buying online is usually prohibitively expensive and a little too specialist to go too cheap usually.

So this is brilliant.
Looks almost identical to the one I paid a few quid for... No reason for it to not last, had mine years.

No, not really, they last but there are two bad things about them: the smell that lasts for quite a bit and the lid that is imperfect. If you're going to get a protein shaker that you'll use 4-5 times a week, then you should invest in a better solution.
Probably not BPA-Free or dishwasher friendly.
Bought two of these a few weeks ago and they're not great quality. I like Poundland for alot of things, but with this product you definitely get what you pay for. I've had alot of different protein shakers over the years and these are definitely the worst. The problem for me is that the flip cap is not tight enough and if you don't hold it down while shaking it could pop open. If you're buying just make sure that the flip cap is tight and secure, otherwise the product isn't fit for purpose.

You ****, I was going to incorporate a contraceptive joke into my comment.
I use one of these for mixing Yorkshire pudding batter!

EDIT - To clarify; I don't drink Yorkshire pudding batter post-workout.

£3.49 @ proteinactive.co.uk/col…ker
£5.99 @ amazon.co.uk/Pro…7VO
£1.00 @ poundland and you're complaining about having to place a finger over the lid X)
No need to get defensive, I'm entitled to my opinion. I'd be disappointed if I'd paid £3.49 or £5.99 for this particular shaker as it just isn't good quality. The ones I got were cheap plastic, with a poorly fitting lid and definitely not worth more than a £1. Most of the other protein shakers I've had were free with protein powder purchases and all were much better quality and lasted for years - Myprotein, PHD, Maxinutrition etc.

I prefer the maxi muscle ones, they were 2.50 recently in argos so I bought 4. prefer the grid than the spiral egg thingy
Good deal
I saw these in Portsmouth, however I could not find one on display that didn't have a loose cap. So didn't get in the end as carrying around would be a nightmare. Would be fine to use just at home though.
I've tried both coil and grid type shakers and I personally prefer the "Buchsteiner" style shakers with the grid. Good deal for a quid tho!

why would you need 4 shakers...
Anyhow, maxi muscle ones are just generic shakers. The printing on the shaker rubs off quite easily, it leaks, and if you add the powder first, it won't shake well.

Quite handy to have a few. Like anything else, it'll save you washing and drying it immediately after use each time. Also, means you can leave one at work etc.
