Dip a raw chicken breast into a washing bowl full of cold water. Leave for ten minutes. Take the chicken out and off you go. Way cheaper than this price!

(ps. This is a joke, don’t for the love of god ever do this or you will die!)

To be fair, if the bottle says 10g of protein this product must have 10g of protein.
What next H3O?

whey isolate
People are complaining about protein in his product. Even still water at this price would do. Heat from me.

whey isolate

So basically butter / cheese making waste.
These don't look bad, a steel for 10p either way though, even 50p would be a decent price maybe. The ingredients aren't bad, it's really just mainly water, with whey protein and vitamins, and a couple other things. Replace most of your water with these and have 4 bottles a day and thats an easy extra 40g of protein daily, or the amount of a dinner.

Here's the ingredients of 1 flavour but they're all the same pretty much.
Ingredients List (Allergens in BOLD):
Water
Whey Protein Isolate (Milk) (2.5%)
Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Malic Acid)
Natural Flavourings
Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate)
Sweetener (Sucralose)
Calcium D-pantothenate (Vitamin B5)
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6)
Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12)

Instructions unclear, currently convulsing.......
Is this actually good protein? A small tub of jelly has like 60g protein but apparently it's useless
