see above. Groupon Ts&C's excludes purchase of gift cards for cashback (edited)
    Annabelle2406's avatar
Anyone know if a discount quoted on the stores site for a specific product - ie Argos would be against terms and conditions? Thanks
  3. k500zm's avatar
The deal is still live and should be unexpired as they have now raised it even more to 15000 opt ins

    I just opted in
  4. 8atman's avatar
Sorry if I missed it, but can I just buy an Argos gift card for £20?
    Carlvit's avatar
don't think gift cards/vouchers will track with Argos

Always wonder with these deals if spending £20 is actually enough considering VAT is apparently not counted half the time. Any ideas?
    holeymoley18's avatar
If the offer is spend £20, then spend £20. The bonus will be payable but the cashback also earned will only be on the net amt
  6. sox5's avatar
I just got a order through boots and c/c is tomorrow they say it’s been tracked but only getting 90 pence ? When do they add on the £10 ?can anyone explain when the £10 goes into my account please thanks
    Adddddd's avatar
The bonus tracks separately and can sometimes take a couple of hours. On your tracking screen, select the bonus. If you paid at least £20 and followed all the terms blah blah, it should show the retailer as Boots.

The deal at Qudico now says...
This offer ends on 20/12/2022 at 23:59
Available for the first 15,000 opt ins.

Reported to mods, who replied the appropriate action has been taken, but still appears unchanged to me?

It was expiring at midnight tonight, Quidco changed things up. It's pretty wild how they can afford to do bonus after bonus for weeks now - not complaining as long as they pay out.
  8. k9plus1's avatar
shoot . i spent 22.50 @ cdkeys. if VAT isn't included in the £20 threshold, then that could mean its not eligible. however the bonus has tracked in quidco??
    CaptainObvious's avatar
And cdkeys includes vat on the transaction anyway
  9. blake4100's avatar
Can I buy Asda gift card on Asda website?
    blahblahblah1234's avatar
    No.
You can't buy gift cards from Asda groceries, their gift cards are sold thru a different website.
  10. IamOpica's avatar
Quidco website shows Bonus and cashback has tracked.
Quidco app only shows cashback tracked.
    helenj's avatar
It changes to bonus pending on the app once it’s tracked
  11. EdWasHere's avatar
So is this not just 'Click & Collect' like it's mentioned?
    CaptainObvious's avatar
    No, ignore that
  12. feardust's avatar
Quidco rep has confirmed that a purchase of £20 is sufficient, even if the purchase amount is reported as less due to VAT being excluded:

This looks to be the oldest posting of this deal. I'm planning to buy deeply exciting products - three draught excluders from Screwfix.

[Note that Screwfix isn't currently findable in the Quidco search, you need to click through the "Shop Now" page after opting in, then find them further down that page.]

(looks like I need to take it to £24 to meet the £20 ex VAT/fees requirement as per ...or maybe not )

Mind the gap: draught excluders are back as Britons rush to cut energy bills says the Guardian, featuring images of pretty, rather than utilitarian draught excluders. (edited)

You have to disable all tracker disabling extensions like ghostery. You also have to disable all cookie blockers and allow all types of cookies in your privacy settings in your browser and any other protection before you even start to be sure everything works. I do this for all quidco and TopCashback transactions. Obviously after the transaction I put all the protections immediately back on. (edited)
    CaptainObvious's avatar
Easiest thing for most people would be just to have a browser that they only use for TCB and Quidco like Edge and use Chrome for everything else.

I’m amazed at the amount of people who disable third party cookies, enable ad blockers and then complain about Quidco calling them scammers.
  15. Caveman2014's avatar
So if I buy a £20 psn top up from cd keys it's only going to be £10?
    andiron87's avatar
No, it's going to be £20.
But you're giving yourself a chance of getting a possible £10 cashback in the future.
  16. Caveman2014's avatar
So it's just for click andcollect?
    farmphdbank's avatar
Hmm it is mentioned in the title but the T&Cs don't mention it :/
  17. gobbhudk's avatar
oh shoot, opted in and the £10 bonus is tracking. Went to argos, couldn't make a basket more than £20 and checked out. Does this mean this purchase is associated with the bonus, or do I get another chance at spending over £20 at argos (or other retailers) and having it tracked?
    ellie27's avatar
I am sure you opt in and then the bonus tracks against any valid purchase that meets the cashback requirements today. So if you do another purchase of over £20 then the bonus will go with that one.
  18. Knightlife's avatar
    Thanks OP.
    I ordered a £25 psn top-up voucher at cdKeys for £22.99.

Opted in for £10 bonus made a £50 purchase at Argos and the Argos purchase has tracked but no mention of the £10 bonus anywhere
    CaptainObvious's avatar
The bonus is listed separately in your activity. After a few hours it will update to show it’s linked with the transaction. (edited)
  20. barbie25's avatar
Hi, does anyone know if Boots tracks as the full price amount or the amount excluding VAT?

I’m about to make a £21.50 purchase, but I’m wondered I’ll lose out on the bonus - if it tracks minus the VAT. I genuinely can’t think of what else to buy
    JonnyH2's avatar
I used Boots for this too - spent £29.99 just to be sure to avoid the VAT thing - but it did actually track as £29.99..
  21. fgy's avatar
    Confused here.

So the order doesn't have to be a "click and collect" order, despite that being the title?

We can do an ordinary online order with delivery and get the bonus?
    kneale81's avatar
Yes, I think it’s insinuating that most online stores are only offering click and collect now as most last postal dates have passed.
  22. dré.'s avatar
good luck getting paid on this "offer" the excuses from Quidco have already started in relation to the £25/£10 cashback offers on blackfriday for me. I'm not saying they'll do anything to not pay out but that's been my experience on multiple occassions. I am happy for any quidco staff member to PM me and prove this statement to be wrong and pay what was promised and I will update this post accordingly. (edited)

It’s really strange, there definitely seems to be groups of people that are continually unsuccessful and then there’s people like me who never have any issues whatsoever.

George @ Asda tracked immediately at £6.35 so hopefully no issues with the bonus 🔥
  25. Wammer's avatar
I've found something on Boots, but it's only £19.99 I don't find their search facility useful for pricing Low to High without going through every department.

Any suggestions for something cheap to add? Or how to use the search properly?
  26. volc's avatar
    Gone already?
    Wammer's avatar
Already? It's been available since midnight. I'm surprised it's lasted this long, as it was originally on the first 10,000 opt ins.
  27. supergirl2's avatar
Has anybody used this bonus with ASDA groceries & had it tracked as my purchase is still not showing??
    dennisuv's avatar
    It's tracked George
  28. aphd163's avatar
Think I may have made a mistake with this. I placed an order at Asda Groceries for just over £40 (it says spend over £40 for new customers on Quidco). Should it have been around £50 to allow for vat?
    fabsaver's avatar
It depends what you ordered. Most food is zero rated for VAT, so you should be ok if just groceries.

Asda once declined my cashback for this reason (via Topcashback). It was because I had ordered a baking tray with the groceries, which did include 20% VAT. (edited)
  29. Daddypig40's avatar
If you qualify for a bonus does that show as pending on the account at all, or can you only see your tracked cashback?
    CaptainObvious's avatar
You’ll see the bonus listed separately in your activity and it should say “associated retailer” which links to your transaction
  30. Toonah's avatar
Wonderful. Spent £24.90 (or 60, can't remember now) in Argos. Just checked if it's tracked... It's not. No worries I assume, I'll make a claim... But Argos split it into 2, £12 and £13, so can't make a claim as it looks like 2 transactions. 🤦🏻‍♀️

    Contact Support via their website
  31. stevenmayall's avatar
Just did a random check. Well, there's a surprise. The Asda transaction has been declined so there goes the bonus as well. Absolute crooks.
    Roygroyg's avatar
Surprised you risked Asda on a bonus as you said months ago it never works with Quidco.

I’ve had one Asda George declined but then I did pay by gift card so fair play. Definitely wouldn’t risk a grocery order on a bonus as they have tons of issues tracking based on feedback here, particularly if you change the order before delivery.
  32. JayDisney's avatar
About 80% of my purchases don't even get tracked anymore.
    matthat's avatar
I had the same problem - so I installed opera as a second browser which I use just for Quidco and let the cookies and trackers run free! (edited)
  33. Ashe's avatar
I don't quite get the 'Click and Collect' part, it's not as if I can click and collect a CDKeys order.
    copperspock's avatar
It wouldn't be a Quidco offer without some confusing wording
  34. mufatlal's avatar
Quidco has not been tracking a lot of items as of late, especially these bonus offers. When queried you get the usual answer that it’s been rejected by retailer and that’s the end. No further responses.

Been a member since the early years but lost faith after recent lack of tracking for over £30!
    jut1972's avatar
Totally agree. Had virtually nothing last couple of years and don't bother anymore unless its a serious purchase
  35. Saulll's avatar
More chance on England winning the World Cup then this tracking but I’ve give it a go.

Nintendo switch family online with expansion for about £35 if all goes well🤞🏼

    Good deal!

Combine with 50% Airtime cashback on Boots spend, details >here<

So you could get a free Boots shop if you spend exactly £20, with £10 QuidCo cashback and £10 Airtime cashback!
    Ashe's avatar
Was going to do similar, but looks like the 50% is limited to £5. Still a decent offer.
  38. lanc1979's avatar
If it tracks successfully, I'll give you the money myself.

Joke of a company who charged me 18 months of fees on a redundant account because I was awaiting a long overdue cashback (+2 years), which was therefore wiped out by the fees. (edited)
    Crossbow's avatar
Exactly why I've stopped using them & only use TCB now, the yearly/premium fees wipes out the cashback if you're not a regular shopper via them.
  39. saadiya's avatar
I think Click & Collect means click on the link to activate your bonus & shop away, and then collect your bonus 😋
  40. deakinc1's avatar
Mine never tracked just cancelled the order waste of time Quidco all the messing around via emails ect. Never an issue with top cashback
