A brave post as the vita and CEX don't get well recieved on here normally, however - I'm a big fan of both. Never had issues with CEX hardware or games, and I love Uncharted and Grim Fandango on Vita - along with all the other Indy titles.

Heat added.
best if you have a PS4 and can't get on the TV to use as a second screen
CEX do sell a lot of broken or dodgy stuff especially disks but I never have any issues getting the item fixed, replaced or Refunded. Unlike GAME and Grainger Games who are a pain to deal with.

Vita games are cards not discs.
I bought one off ebay over 2 years ago for 90 quid. Glad to see its holding its value
Is it just me or does the link just take you to the CeX homepage??

Title states in store.
I expect this to get more heat...
Useless without a memory card so factor that in...
They go for cheaper on eBay but you might believe that a CEX warantee is worth something.

I used to work here, we as staff were atrocious. The long cues you see were because more than half the team were just slacking around. Can't believe I escaped this place. £95 is a decent price plus a 2 years guarantee. Just hope that no one has to go back because it's faulty.

One got sold for only £58. That's cheap but the problem is the need of a memory card. I have a 64GB memory card on my PSTV and a 16GB on my 2nd PSTV but can't see buying a third one or an actual Vita because the games don't appeal too much to me. Shame how badly Sony treated Vita in the west.

Most of their staff are emo morons who'd rather be dead than work, but parents told them that being 24 and playing pokemon all day is a waste of oxygen and kicked out. No wonder they're atrocious.
I have had a vita and a Nintendo 3DS XL. 3DS is much much better, hardly any decent games on vita. So many games and new ones releasing regularly. Vita is a waste of money, unless you like playing the same games over and over again and you don't mind the awkward design which makes your hands hurt after prolonged use.

3DS XL surprised me, I can't actually believe how good the games are and how comfortable it is to hold. The 3D effects are actually very good but can be turned off to 2D.
I love my vita. Great piece of tech

That sounds like a career choice!
I got rid of my vita, just not enough games on it for my liking. I'm not into the shorter, indie games that these are meant to be great for. Personally I'd just use the money to buy a couple of PS4 games instead. Remote play is decent for basic games, but the lag and inaccuracy of the analogue sticks make some games a chore.

Vita rules! Best Fifa experience out of all consoles.

I run remote play on a Windows tablet and it runs so smooth and I can use the ps4 controller.
I love the Vita, they should of had more games for it though! Uncharted and Resistance were awesome! I'd double check they've cleared the vita though before you buy it, wouldn't be the first time they sold one with an account still on it
I think that's a bit steep to be honest. It shouldn't be more than £85 with a game in my opinion.

Then again, it is Cex. They buy high and sell higher. The prices also fluctuate from month to month, so it may drop a bit soon. Either that, or go up higher.
This may only apply to a small group of people, but I bought my Vita about a year ago because I'd had PS Plus games for it building up for ages in the background. Bought the console and a memory card and haven't actually had to buy anything else for it since. There is no doubt that the 3DS is the superior console in terms of games, but unlike the home consoles there's very little overlap between the 3DS and Vita. There's plenty of quality out there for both, and if (like me) you have/had Vita games building up in the background by virtue of a PS Plus subscription that you probably bought solely for a home console, picking up a Vita console can prove to be great value for money.
Vita rules!!! If only more people had bought it rather than banging on about their 50p mobile games...
lovely system this Vita..specially the OLED screen one..enough exclusives to justify buying one.I definitely regret selling mine.

Resistance is shocking...
Are the Vita's easy to clean? Or are there edges where dirt can get into?
I luv my vita, playing legend of heroes cold steel at the moment, can't put it down! if you like jrpgs, it's the handheld to go for.

My Vita - PS4 screeen mirroring never seems to work, any idea if I have a faulty one?
Love my Vita. Sad to see memory card prices are still extortionate.

Eventually I will crumble for exactly that reason.

Nice! I couldn't get mine to respond and as. Was ok if I was in close proximity to the PS4, but from other rooms there started to be lag! Controller might have alleviated precision issues I guess.

hahahahaha
cold. small expensive proprietary memory and games library seems to be stagnant. not op's fault though

So true, they are all emo's (quite literally) who basically said "I want to work in the video games industry!".....and when that miracle didn't happen parents issued an ultimatum and they ended up working in a used video games shop lol

I asked a CEX guy a question once, clearly stoned or something he said "Yes.. No... I'm not a mind reader!" but he didn't say it in an annoyed tone, he said it in a happy spaced out way... creepy!

As for the PS Vita, Sony has basically quit portable gaming. They have already announced they are no longer supporting the Vita with first party titles and the rest are pretty poor ports or cash grabs. So the gem's that are out there like Uncharted are all your getting.

I've got a 3DS and disappointed with the small range of games available for it.

However I might consider getting a PS Vita if I can stick emulators on it. I also have a PSP.

Any emulation you can do on a Vita can be done better on a PSP.

The only way to use a Vita for emulation is through the PSP mode... and the PSP does that better.
