Just saw this in my local (Crystal Palace/Selhurst Park) Sainsburys. Not had a chance to see if it's a much better deal than anywhere else. But, it's the cheapest on HUKD at the mo

sorted byThe original OLED takes a giant dump on the newer slim.

There's been better offers that include games + console rrp for £130-150, best was Asda console + 10 games that had less heat and that was 4 weeks ago. Everyone splurging after Christmas! Heat added for find though.

Bottom line is dont be put off this by those who prefer OLED. Unless you had them side by side you wouldnt notice any difference.
Worked out well for me because I had free Sainsbury's giftcard to use up!

Jack of all trades, master of none.
Touch screen controls are a joke for all but the simplest to control games. And a lot of phones just aren't designed for gaming, they will thermal throttle performance of 3D games resulting in even poorer performance.
Our local Sainburys is weird, it has a small (Rubbish) section for games but you have to ask if there is something not on the shelves and they do have other things which aren't out on display but don't advertise the fact.
don't think the OP meant he/she saw it at a convenience store. looks like a normal supermarket display in the image.
Sorry, put 'local' 'cos it's local to me. But, it's a big Supermarket. Look up 'Selhurst Park' or 'Crystal Palace' Branch
Now there's a minority opinion! :-D
Original is far superior, but people were worried as it has BLOTCHES (understandably) when dark/off.
It's not currently cracked, I'm afraid, but it does emulate PSN PS1 titles very well - two analogue sticks having a few PSP emulations also as nicer. Sony lost the big picture, in my opinion, with restricting the Vita to 1 account and deterring hacking, failing to realize it's the reason the PSP became as popular: highly open/flexible as a system.

Take a look at the price sticker
He's taken it off something else and stuck it on
People will do anything to get a hot listing !!!

If you need it explaining then....
Not everyone is as greedy as some....hard to imagine in this selfish world but actually true....
If you think the impact is being over played I suggest you check out the psn twitter feeds and forums. Sony getting a huge amount of hate for the way they handled this, it's made worse because psn has a reputation for being a terrible service and Sony have had serious problems with it numerous times before - hacked and taken down completely for a month, all users personal and banking details stolen by hackers, online games ruined with people with hacked ps3 having unfair cheats and advantages. Etc etc etc.

LOL!! Sorry, I was 'having a moment'! Got fed up with the people saying the Slim is not as good as the original. Dis-regarding the fact that it's a good deal regardless.
I've had my breakfast now, and my blood sugar is back to normal!! ;-)
Or here's an idea, perhaps people do not have any nearby Sainbury's with the Vita in stock? Perhaps they prefer Amazon's warranty support over Sainsbury's? Perhaps they have Prime and would prefer next day delivery over driving down to Sainsbury's?
The fact some of them are going to the effort of hiding behind disposable accounts to give you negative attention is a strong indicator of how good your deal is
AAAhhh... You're a 'Cup half full' kinda chappy? ;-)

You're welcome!! ;-)
worth a try?
