Has to be, this version was only released on Vita.
this IS NOT a deal, this is the standard price for this game digitally!
As said above, this is the standard price. But, that said I still think it's an absolute steal even at this price.
Is this game really worth getting into?
I've had a vita collecting dust for about a year. But all I ever hear is how good this game is. Is it really that good? Looks a bit too weeb for my liking

If turn-based JRPGs aren't your thing, you won't love it but if they are, it's one of the best ones out there.

Of Course! A must have for any Vita owner.

Same as me at the start too. Didn't see the fuss about it after watching YouTube videos and it didn't interest me at all. Thought it was a bit silly. But took a shot at it and it's only when I played it I could understand why people loved it so much. Turned out to be my favourite Vita game ever and to this day it's still better than most PS3 and PS4 games, beside from Persona 5, that's right up to the top too. Lol

I don't think I've ever sunk so many hours into a game before concluding it wasn't for me at all. Persisted so long because of the reviews but I just couldn't bare all the highschool dating/flirting stuff in it. Made me feel like a sad old git.

I like a JRPG from time to time and got FFX after this which I really enjoyed but P4G did nothing for me.

I would recommend FF XII instead (remastered for the ps4). Such an underrated game

Seriously watch a hour long gameplay video and make your decision after that. I thought I would love it but it's very very slow going and I have up after playing 18 hours of it.
I agree about perhaps watching the first hour to see if you're going to be into a game that has a lot of reading. The game essentially has two elements 1) the story and character side and 2) the dungeons and battling/pokemon-esque collecting. I recently platinumed both Persona 5 and Persona 4 Golden and really enjoyed both. However, there are times when the story repeats the same information to you over and over and over again. You can use the 'fast-forward' option here to speed things along. I did this several times and just occasionally interrupted the fast forward to see if they were still blabbering about the same thing they were 3 days ago. But for £ to hour ratio, you're getting your money worth here (regular price or not).

If you're into visual novels, dungeons and turn based combat this game is perfect.
