I know is the same as ASDA direct, but this is the best you could get in retail place. Imagine game, gamestation selling them 10 pounds more expensive. Brilliant if you want them urgently!

Cheers.

is your asda really small? mine is sort of medium size, and suprisingly it ahs most of the titles and the price is much better
Did you notice if they had any starter kits as well? Would definitely pick that up if it was £15 too.
i went in yesterday and they only had the consoles. no games or anything

they have starter kit too for 15 pounds, at my store there is 3 yesterday until today no one has purchase them and now is 2 left since i get mine
Just about to post this. To my utter amazement Asda have pulled a bit of a boob - the website is offering the Snakebyte Vita Travel Kit for £15, but they are actually selling the official Sony Vita Travel Kit in store for the same price of £15. Haha, mugs.

None left in Llanelli George/Asda as I had the last one, though the starter kit appears to be in stock at £15 too.

Glad Tesco's system was not ready to accept purchases of the kit yesterday morning cos I'd be down £10 on this. Hahah, FU Tesco.

Just thought I'd add my impressions of the kit for any potential buyers -

The travel adapter will probably retail for £10 on its own with Sony's inherant markup on accessories. However you can get decent USB plugs for your car on Amazon for £4 so no big saving.

The screen protector appears good quality but I found the button template (to help line it up straight) more of a hinderance than help.

The wrist strap is the same basic strap you get on most cameras etc.

The game case is decent enough, I will be using in conjunction with the soft pouch though, because I dont feel the pouch game pockets are up to much.

The soft pouch is not bad, but not great either. It has basic in built padding and a thin divider seperates the accessory and game cartridge area. Overall I would not rely on this too much for holding my precious Vita while travelling sadly. Which means I wont be cancelling my Vita S.P.F case order with Amazon, which was kinda the plan. Never mind.

Overall is it worth £15? Absolutely. Is it worth £25? Not in my opinion. Get it while you can in Asda on the cheap.
Nice one, I check my local Asda's.
Was looking at this in PC World this afternoon, it was £25. Didn't want to spend £25 so I brought a cheaper case with a screen protector for £10. Wish I had known about this though, heat added.
Am tempted. Especially with Zavvi still not shipping my Hori pack.

Need some sort of protection for it for my couple of hours play time i will get on the plane to Cancun next month.
Got one from play.com cost me £24.99 ordered it the same time as the vita. This is well worth £15 just for the case alone.

Pretty large one at Glasshoughton & there was no sign of the vita or vita games on shelves today when I had a look, would have probably bought Uncharted from them if they had.

On the same boat mate, that's y I need to get this
It looks like a bunch of tat that would be £3.99 if it wasn't for the Vita. Lots of bags and socks for the PSP would also fit the Vita. As it's official it's a good price though I suppose.
Arggh gutted! Just ordered one from Shopto for £24.99 this afternoon!
Will have a look tomorrow
Yep my local Asda (Chesser, Edinburgh) had both the Travel Kits and the Starter Kits for £15 each. Bargain
Asda minworth 24hrs has plenty of travel kits. Picked one up along with some shaving gel, razors and a loaf of bread.
Asda in West Belfast has 2-3 of the travel kits, I just bought the starter pack there so there aren't any of them at the min.

Starter pack is better. you get soft pouch and a massive leather case protector
None at the store in Great Bridge or Oldbury, will try the Smethwick and Walsall stores later.
Tried small heath, non left
This seems a ripoff as asda were also selling the starter pack for £10 when i was in the other night, basically you are paying £5 more for this and getting an incar usb charger instead of the slipcase, you can pick usb car chargers up in poundland and the kit doesn't even come with an extra cable for in the car.

Still voting hot though as this is £10 cheaper than everywhere else, but you are getting a better deal picking up the starter pack for £10 and then getting a £1 usb incar charger from poundland

The case you get with the travel kit is completely different to the slip pouch you get with the starter kit.

You still get a hard case and a slip case with the starter kit. Im just going by what i've seen and what the guy in game was telling me, he was actually steering me away from the travel kit because he says it's a bad investment paying £5 more just for a car charger with no usb cable
Great find OP paid £25 in Game yesterday!
I got this on release day and thought it was cheap, damn I never posted it as a deal!

Got it sat on my desk with my Vita. Hopefully it will do well, as a device it's great. Although I thought the Dreamcast and Gamecubes were great and look what happened to those...maybe I should have not got it!!

Hi sir is that a sony branded starter kit? I remember the Sony one is still 15 quid

I think the car charger is not an ordinary car charger, I tried my normal car charger and it won't charge, after doing research I notice that because the output is less than 1.5a that's why. Is similar to iPad where you need more power output to charge it
Anyone know how much Wipeout 2048 is in ASDA?

Neither of those cases fully cover the Vita though, leaving the edges open. This is a zippable case with room for accessories games etc. Just depends what you want I suppose
