This was one of the worst services on Valentine’s Day that I’ve ever had the displeasure of choosing.
I ordered 4 sets of flowers, mum, wife, mother in law & grandma.
All four sets of Flowers were dead or dying, smaller & undersized compared to photos and the customer service wanted me to submit 4 individual complaints with corresponding photos from different angles.
Eventually received an offer for replacement flowers to be sent out all were equally rubbish.

Ive bought 3 times now and always been impressed. They seem a little flat at first but once they are in the vase they seem to burst back into life and last ages.

That is my experience too. Always been great! They definitely improve over the first 48 hours.

Some info on how to arrange / care for your flowers

The beauty of bud to bloom
To make sure our blooms are the freshest you’ll find, we pick them when they’re still in bud and send them straight to you.

Cutting out the middleman means you get to enjoy them in your home for longer. This means they won't arrive looking like their photograph yet, but watching them bloom over 24-48 hours is so pleasing.

    Flowers looking droopy?
Don’t worry if some of your stems look droopy right now. They’re just sleepy after their journey to you. Flowers and greenery use water to prop-up their stems so they’ll perk up when back in water.

I have ordered twice from this company, for birthdays rather than on a publicly celebrated day which could impact performance.

Both times others in the office came over to my partner and were amazed with the flowers and asked for the company name so they could order for their own partners. (my partners bday is just a week ahead of valentine

Really beautiful and at the time lowest priced quality flowers I have could find.

This is an ongoing offer, been around for years. Still great though. Used plenty of times, they haven't always got it right but their customer service is spot on - really responsive and have always sent replacement orders when needed.

Top tip - their 'first order' stipulation is quite thorough. Not only do you need to use a new email address, but you also need a new payment card
