    House of Fraser 20% off £100 gift cards (the Promotion) Terms and Conditions

    1. From 23.12.21 at 18:00 GMT until 24.12.21 at 23:29 GMT, the Promoter is offering a 20% discount on the purchase of a £100 gift card online and on the app. Conditions and exclusions apply and are set out in these terms (the Promotion).

    2. Select up to a maximum of two gift cards per customer.

    3. The usual gift card terms and conditions apply to the purchase of the gift card.

    4. The Promotion cannot be used:

    a. For the purchase of a gift card of a higher or lower value than £100; or

    5. There is no entry fee to use this Promotion.

    They apply this policy to online orders retuned to store as well. Main reason I don’t use them anymore. I took a t shirt bought online back to their store as it didn’t fit, they point blank refused a refund, only credit.

    Only way to get a cash refund for online orders is to pay postage return costs and wait ages for a refund.

    Sounds really bad especially if you cant get a full refund if they don't have your size in-stock as they might not even have anything else you are interested in and sounds like they are just taking the money off you, as they could just go bust anytime. I think that would put them out of business (maybe the cheapest and easiest way to them) as it would put a lot of people off buying from them anymore.

    Since it was taken over all the stores I have been in don't look the same from the 90's anymore and are pretty much empty, so this deal would only be good if you know what you are getting and have the item in-stock costing more than the £100 gift card, but I wouldn't take the risk either.
