  • In order to receive the gift card, your basket total must meet the minimum spend before VAT. The current VAT rate in the UK of 20% does not count towards the minimum spend required for this promotion. The VAT rate of a transaction can be found in the purchase confirmation email or invoice.
  • Other cashback and discount codes that are not promoted on discountcode.metro.co.uk cannot be used in relation to this offer.
  • In order to be eligible for the gift card at Toolstation purchase must be completed online via discountcode.metro.co.uk using the link provided.
  • Purchasing gift cards does not count towards the minimum spend to qualify for this reward.
  • If you click out and follow other links or websites after discountcode.metro.co.uk and before making your online purchase at Toolstation the gift card will be invalid.
  • Transactions completed over the phone are invalid.
  • The transaction has to be completed during the promotional period online at Toolstation, through discountcode.metro.co.uk.
  • Transactions will be invalid once they are cancelled, returned, or refunded and Amazon Gift Card will not be issued.
  • You are notified of any status changes to the email address used to register with discountcode.metro.co.uk, provided the terms and conditions are met.
  • Validation period can take up to 120 days depending on the retailer.
  • One Amazon Gift Card is issued per person and available per valid transaction.

    I can confirm I got my £30 Amazon voucher from last time (and I know several others did to.. Takes about 4 months (not 1-3)  to come through. Was from this deal hotukdeals.com/dea…988

    How long should I wait for the 2nd email?
    Larger item with no urgency - don't know if I should just reorder from laptop with all cookies and adblock settings on vanilla.

    I emailed them as mine didn’t track because I used a code from their website which I had to screenshot and forward to them. No problems after it was confirmed.

    Metro are at nightmare of getting your purchase validated and gift card sent, but if you’re wanting something from Toolstation anyway then it’s a no-brainier.

    I found them a doddle, after waiting months I emailed them. They asked me to send the order number and then sent me the voucher.

    Your right though all these cash backs are a gamble.
