got this pack last year, came free with the console, the controller is a waste of space.

If the controller is no good then the rest isnt worth much.

I think you lot are very difficult to please compared with Argos customers. One delighted purchaser points out

I got the controller in this pack as part of the deal of buying the PS3 Slim from Argos, it's utter crap and didn't work and consequently got binned...avoid

Oh well, I dont have a PS3, so Im glad I didnt have the need to buy one. Just voted cold myself after these comments

Agreed - well, kind of. I got my pack for about £10 off eBaY last year; primarily used the controller as a spare and little else. Have since sold said controller on it's own, in slightly abused/used condition, for £25+ on eBaY - and have seen a few others go for the same price-band, too!

The HDMI cable has come in handy, but the remote (DVD's only) and stand have been of little use.

Couldn't justify paying £19.99 for this to be honest, let alone the £39.99.
