​yeah I'm the same. I have a feeling that there will be a slim ps4 as well as the neo anyway. Same with the Xbox rumors now too. I think both consoles will get cheaper smaller & more efficient hardware revisions this year.

What's the returns and warranty like with this?

Just go through the manufacturer. Bought mine from shopto / ebay a while back and it died a few months later. Reported it on Sony site and had a new (ok refurb) machine within a few days and shipping label for the faulty one. Very good service.
