Can you use the PS3 move controllers and camera on the PS4? If you can, any difference between those and these move controllers?

You can. I'm not sure if there is much difference.

They’re the exact same controllers, they were just rereleased to go along with PSVR. Sony and retailers must be loving it with these, at one time a few years back, they couldn’t sell 1 bundled with a game for a fiver, now people pay well over the odds for them.
Voted hot merely for the Villa badge #AVFC

Yes you can use the older PS3 Move controllers on a PS4 but you can't use the PS3 "Eye" version of the camera.

These newer controllers are not exactly the same, they have a micro USB charging socket on the bottom (as opposed to the mini one on the older version) and the have a slightly larger capacity 1900mAh battery (1350mAh in the older version). The newer controllers don't work on a PS3.

Do these EVER get cheaper?
Feel like i'm missing out playing games in VR with the PAd but it's hard to justify such an expense.

It's crazy. Such a barrier to entry. One of my coldest deals was when these were £13 each from game. Oh to be back then!

I love my PSVR, but it's a bit like the sandwich toster. It comes out every few months, gets used liked crazy for a week then back in the box. They should have included these as standard from day one. It would help Devs by not having to restrict their control system to include a dualshock.

Exactly. I even upgraded to one of the v2s convinced that HDR passthrough was important to me. Since then it's been in the cupboard while I download games and not play them. Really need to dip into astrobot soon as heard good things
I think moss is 1 of the best vr games out there especially if you liked astrobot

Just like the PS Vita was restricted by the stupidly overpriced memory cards it almost feels like they're killing it on purpose
£60 and they barely work in most games and freak out big time when you try something like archery in Skyrim vr......the PSVR 2 and some actual motion controllers can't come soon enough.

64gb for like £80. Utterly infuriating
That's why I got a sd2vita card and sold my normal vita cards on eBay

Sure, but that only became available after the Vita was abandoned, so it certainly didn't help save it
