You dont get the £50 back on your account until november so if you pay it off you have a credit on your account not cash. Might work for some but not me

It's not available for click and collect as it's not available till the 29th?

Also you don't pay interest if you pay it off within the year.

Wish they would do this on the pro too. Want to sell my PS4 and upgrade to the Pro, no point getting the slim for me as it's barely any improvement, wonder if they will extend this to the Pro closer to release? Would be cheapest price by far....

The pro is 2 months away while the Slim is coming out about now so you'll likely see deals for the Pro just before its release aswell.

Jeezo, just pay it off less the £50 that will be credited then! You can't get the £50 offer without taking the BNPL anyway.

Engage brain!

Taking credit and leaving footprint on your credit file for a £50 saving on a playstation! You my friend dont have much of a brain to engage. I was voicing my personal opinion thats all no need to get lairy is there. I work in the finance industry and the amount of damage messing with credit can do and hinder you in future is ridiculous. This site is to help find deals or give constructive opinions not abuse grow up

Pay it all off within the 12 month BNPL period and you pay zero interest. Surely not difficult to understand?

Wait until November to pay off? Still won't have incurred any interest (12 months BNPL). Or can just continue to be obtuse. Your call.

Are you sure you purchased the correct bundle, since the credit back usually happens automatically.

If you did purchase the correct parcel then ring them up, theres a freephone number and talk to someone higher up.

I had an issue where I used a discount code that was sent to me by post, and it wasn't taken off when it came to paying for it 6 months later, spoke to chat and they first told me what was the code, i couldn't remember, they tried to make it difficult, but in the end they said 'oh we see it on your account now now, it was code KLN??'

Yeah was a ps4 fifa bundle and was on that page. Oh well will see what happens. Emailed them back.

Babbler,
Im having the same issue. Spoke to an advisor on the 9th and she confirmed the order was eligible for both the £50 back and buy now pay later (12 mths). However a couple of days ago recieve an email saying my payment is overdue, and check the site to see that neither offer seems to be applied to my order! Rather confused and frustrated by this. Speaking to another advisor who is telling me that they "sometimes tell people what they want to hear", which is reassuring. Hopfully this one will actually follow through with what she says....please post again if your situation is resolved, them asking you for a screenshot is ridiculous!
