Twitch Drops are free items awarded to players for watching participating streamers during promotional activities. Sign up now to be eligible for the latest Twitch Drops event, and read on for more details.

  • What are Twitch Drops?

Twitch Drops are rewards given to people who tune in to special Twitch streams. By linking your Twitch account and watching participating streamers during the given timeframe, you could be awarded with in-game cosmetic items!

  • When and how can I take part?

Rewards are only available when Twitch Drops are active – see the date and most recent items shown on this page. Once you’re signed up to Twitch Drops, tune in to any participating streamer (who will be choosing their own streaming times) during a live Twitch Drops period, and watch them for at least one hour to earn a reward. Available rewards can be unlocked consecutively at any point during the active period. But be sure to claim each one within 24 hours via the Twitch notification!

  • When and how will I receive my in-game Sea of Thieves items?

You will receive a notification on Twitch when you have been awarded an item. To confirm that you want it, you need to claim it within 24 hours of the award notification. When you have successfully claimed the item, it will be added to your account, so all you need to do is log in to the game. If you are already logged in, you’ll need to log out and log back in.

  • How do I remove the link between my Twitch account and my Sea of Thieves account?

Visit your Sea of Thieves account page, scroll down to 'Your Social Accounts' and click 'Unlink Account'.

  • I didn’t receive my item, where can I go for support?

If you do not receive your item within 72 hours, please visit the Sea of Thieves support site and raise a support request with our team.

  • Where can I find out more?

Please visit the Twitch Drops Terms and Conditions page for more information.

  • How can I offer Twitch Drops on my own stream?

While Sea of Thieves Twitch Drops are usually acquired by watching Partnered streamers, this time they can be offered by any Sea of Thieves streamer. So if you want to give your own viewers a chance to claim these items, make sure you have Drops enabled in your Twitch account settings and Sea of Thieves selected as the game you’re streaming, then just stream as normal on the day!
