Get them a medieval stretching rack thing for Christmas, will sort out the height deficiency in no time.

yeah the postage is a deal breaker shopped a beautiful basket full then decided its just not worth it

Ridiculous delivery charge. You'd think they would want to sell as much as possible and not put such an obstacle in the way.

delivery charge is that high cos things are coming from new Zealand. ordered last Christmas when was 70% of and free delivery after £30 spent. amazing quality. at least I know that there is small possibility that somebody got the same clothing. sizing perfect.

lovely clothes, great prices. Strange business model. What a shame

Me too I stalled as people were complaining about delays in receiving orders & messed up orders

I had a few items in my basket and didn't complete my order after seeing the huge delivery cost and no refunds or exchange policy! Basically, whatever you buy, you're stuck with it...can't even ask for a size exchange!

They will find themselves having to reduce clothes further and further making bigger losses simply because of this delivery price they have got very wrong this time.

It's also worth noting as delivery is from New Zealand that you may be stung for customs charges.

Isn't 'in receivership' a term for companies going under? I guess if that's the case there's not going to be anywhere to return your items to.

They used to have free shipping quite frequently, and I never got shipping charges even though it did come from NZ.

Been circling the drain for years, though, almost always 60% off and ludicrously overpriced for the required 30 days beforehand.

Yes, I agree, the clothes are lovely. I usually buy when the sales are on and have bought my 9-year-old son some lovely clothes over the years - £32 leather look jackets for £7 each, denim jacket with fur trim for around £6, £26 checked hooded shirts for £6, etc. I wouldn't have paid the full price but was happy to pay the sale price. I also found that a lot of the clothes were quite unique, in the fact that I never saw another child wearing the same item of clothing! Hopefully, we will be able to order on-line from another country - I think that this is just the UK branch that is closing down.

Such a shame they won't be around anymore, I have shopped lots and lots with them in the past and have never had a problem with my deliveries. They do ship all the way from NZ and fully trackable every step of the way which is nice. I've never paid for my delivery always been when there's an offer on. I always order my smaller children the right size for their ages but my older ones I pick a size larger no been perfect fits.

postage to much, plus you could get stung by customs

My little boy has lots of their stuff... I love their stuff. I have only bought sale stuff, with free delivery. Sizes can be a little bit on the small side. Looking at the site not as good as their sale prices... may hold off on this one, but I will keep checking back!!! I have never had to pay customs on my orders and I have had a few deliveries!

I'm sure I read not too long ago that if you're buying children's clothing you don't have to pay import/customs fees. Either that or you can claim it back. I'll have to have a look for it again and post it x

is this a uk registered company????

thank you for the post. I asked on my Facebook if any other mummy's fancied making a joint order and a lady did so we've split the postage which softened the blow!
