Nice find, but it's worth pointing out that the first bug can be bought from morgan computers in graphite or white for £43.46 inc VAT and if I understand it correctly, the software can be updated for free to make it into the equivalent to the bug too.

They are factory re-works though, and you may wish to spend an extra £15 for a brand new one, although the re-works do come with a 1 year guarantee.

Hi if it is of help I have one of these and they are great.

SD card allows fav music etc to be stored played and you can wake up to your fav track.

You can record from the radio etc onto the card

Funky looking had it over a year no problems. New firm ware can be download if that's your thing but works well without.

Would I buy again ...................yep.( well i wouldn't as i already have one )

They are £75 in Jon Lewis ( on offer new )

I also have a bug, I love it & was going to buy another for the bedroom, but my Husband brought me another Pure micro system for my birthday. Looks good, never had any problems.

Haven't seen this in the Edinburgh Costco. What Costcos has it been seen in folks?

These were great, but DAB has turned out to be a bit of a Betamax format. More and more broadcasters are dropping the format and concentrating on FM and the internet. You can get decent Reciva based receivers for about forty quid now and these will prove a much better investment.

There is a difference between the Bug Too and an updated Bug. The Bug Too has the botton right button as 'Standby' whereas on the Bug it is 'Autotune'. Bug owners will know that switching the Bug off isn't always that easy using the centre button... and moving the 'on/off' switch to a dedicated button is a good move. A small point - but for ease of operation a significant one for some.
