Wouldn't use Pure if you paid me, well known for keeping logs, privacy isn't there strong point.

Code ''CYBER40" is still active. Brings it down to £31.45.

Im with pureVPN, signed up last year. Honestly if anyone is thinking of going with them then dont.
First of all they keep logs as someone has already mentioned here.

Second of all, their servers are hit and miss. Most of the time its dropping out or you have to change a server or simply reconnect to it.

3rd of all, their support is absolutely the worst I have ever seen for any company. It is so bad that by the time they do get back to you to resolve it then I have usually figured out the problem myself or it never gets resolved.

This doesnt work well in China even though its a chinese based company.

I think that about covers it. If all that doesn't put you off then go ahead sign up and enjoy the 5 years of misery.

Also just ended my 2 year subscription with Pure VPN and not renewing. As above, sometimes slow or connection drops to 0 b/s, have to disconnect and reconnect. Sometimes can't connect to certain servers. Had issues with it telling me my account had expired after about 6 months even though I paid 2 years up front. Support were useless. And that's before we get onto the whole "keeping logs" issue. Avoid...

UPDATE: PureVPN was recently found to be cooperating with the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) – logging user data and handing it over to authorities. They later confirmed this to be true after various outlets picked up the story

Use nordvpn, they do not share data

Yeah I use NordVPN - light user only but it seems pretty good.

Over the last two years I have been with PIA, Air and Express. I recently joined Pure as they have dedicated servers for accessing BBC iplayer. No problems so far and faster and cheaper than the other three.

Cheaper for a reason.. Get what you pay for I guess. Nord has their Black Friday offer going until the end of the 30th. £75 for 3 years, 42% cashback through TCB.. About £43 for 3 years if it tracks... It should be a no brainier

I have a vpn to access the BBC iplayer. I am getting access to iplayer every time I need to with Pure and faster speeds than any of the other three I have used. Another advantage of Pure is that will rent you a dedicated ip address fro an extra $1.99 should they stop supporting iplayer. It seems unlikely I will need it as they have dedicated servers for iplayer and they seem determined to keep the service running. All the other companies just stop supporting iplayer and you are screwed. A week ago I had 3 active subscriptions as I had to keep changing as they stopped supporting iplayer, Air and Express have now expired. I have tried Nord in the past and wasn't impressed.
