Might be worth noting. If you hang around on the joining up page, a drop down will offer 5 years at $0.99 per month. I have just signed up for $59.40 for 5 years. Works out at £45.82 for 5 years. Cheers OP

Wow, seems a great deal, voted hot even though I don’t need, thanks
Or, instead of cancelling repeat billing in a year, cancel immediately.

Or, even better, use Revolute or similar, and use their virtual card option. Then delete the card, and stop repeat bill also.
Also voted hot but don't need another vpn good find op

Does this unlock US content on Netflix?

Yes it did for me. Very quick too. Great deal.
Great deal. I've purchased.
Port forwarding is listed as premium add on. Does that mean you have to pay extra to get it?
Does this VPN work ok with uTorrent ?

Million pound question
Solid deal does it give HD Netflix access US
Been using Pure for a few years when they had the 5 year deal offer a while back. Bought it back then for Xbox game purchases but thats now been patched.
I had this deal last year, some hopefully helpful notes:

Spotify: I was able to sign up in the Philippines
Netflix: Turkey got picked up and redirected to the US site, I used fastest VPN to get round this, however they do not offer VPN in Philippines yet though is on the cards.
Would you need the dedicated IP to watch the US netflix. Thanks head added

Benefits of using a vpn when streaming shows etc ? Does it reduce buffering etc since I have super fast internet but it still sometimes stops and buffers very often
Virgin media is slowing down speed while using VPN... I have tried 3 different paid VPNs already and every time I switch them on my internet speed goes down to 18-20Mbps from 100mbps. Anyone knows how to avoid this from happening?

I would do but I don't know for sure if Netflix will be working with this vpn in the future as does netflix try and block these type of things. Good offer though

Luckily, the Netflix access is irrelevant to me. I just wanted a VPN as my NordVPN deal had expired.

Oh I had thought maybe that’s why you did get the 5 year as that is great price and thanks for sharing.
Yeah, but purevpn iOS app is currently unavailable and there’s no indication as to when, or if it will return… so I would rather consider buying nordvpn, a pretty good deal so far: hotukdeals.com/dea…211 and you also get up to 65% cashback, so why not

The app works for me.
Heat. Already got a VPN but getting it and gifting it to family for that price.
Heat - managed to get the 5 year deal for £47 :-)
Awesome - 5 year deal is here: purevpn.com/pag…eal for anyone looking..

This is what I was worried about

I am using Nord VPN with Virgin 100 Mb, so linked to Switzerland server it works at an average of 40/60 Mb. The same average using UK server
13ondy works with tixati and I've used it with uTorrent before
I signed up for this in January in their "New years sale" for the same price. Got refunded a week later after spending 3 days in a row on live chat with them.
It just doesn't work. Kept getting a message on netflix telling me "you're using a proxy, turn it off". It occasionally let me watch something but at a terribly low quality and it would then crash.
When I told them I wanted to cancel they offered me an additional free year, which I said was pointless if it doesn't work!
You get what you pay for

Yh mate get a decent ISP vermin are dire... swapped to bt a couple years bk never had a problem since
Outstanding deal from the OP. For under a tenner, you can't argue with that. For anyone after some more info on PureVPN, take a look at this review here comparemyvpn.com/rev…pn/
I’ve been less than impressed with PureVPN. Although I may have held my standards too high after coming from ExpressVPN connection constantly drops, the options on the app are very limited and it just crashes all the time, I need to manually go into my setting and turn the VPN off before it’ll allow the app to work again. Only signed up as I was $99 a year for express and they had a deal at the time of my renewal for PureVPN 5 years for £39.

This review says PureVPN allows P2P on all its servers yet I read somewhere that it does not allow it in UK, US etc, where P2P is illegal. Do I misunderstand?

I watch football on Mobdro and I see no difference from using a VPN - I cancelled my VPN renewal- however this is a cheap deal - I suppose if you are wanting to block your service provider from what you are accessing then it is useful but I cannot see it reducing buffering. Just my opinion.
Thanks

Hi Jonk. You're quite correct their website is confusing at times and does state this. I've messaged our account manager for clarification because previously we've had no issues during testing. Will report back.
