yes it does. I've had it for sometime and allows me to access sites that without PurePVN I get blocked

Price wise, this isn't a bad deal. However, avoid if you want to use this for P2P/Torrenting as it does log some data including bandwidth and timestamps. It also seems to block some P2P activity and trackers. Other than that, it's quite a nice product - offering you a solid amount of servers to choose from in different locations and you can use it on five devices simultaneously.

Like all of these, this makes the assumption that the outfit will still be around in 2 or 3 years time.
Just like "lifetime" deals mean the lifetime of the company, not of the purchaser.
