Anybody got these or something similar? Just wondering how affective they are..

They dont look like they have the lock (to stop the swivel action) that the Adidas ones have, from the picture anyway. Not sure about build quality/ design/ feel. BTW, just nit picking but its £5.60 delivered, as the £5.49 ones are market place seller ones.

They don't look like they offer much greater dip that doing pressups on clenched fists - which if you get really fit that is the stepping stone to fingertip pressups.

I'm typing this whilst doing one finger pressups.......Thats your next stepping stone......;)

Ive had one of these and yeah they help but they are just a waste of space as you are actually better off just doing normal press ups as they dont make much of difference other than you turning your hands haha

Good price though

Pressups without the use of your arms is the real stepping stone.

These are great for your wrists whilst doing press ups no other advantage imo.

They don't post to N.Ireland.Cold

Push up bars offer many advantages over a standard push up. They encourage better form, reduce the stress on the wrist joint and also allow for a lower dip to stretch the chest muscles more and to increase the movement, thus placing a greater workload on the muscles you're attempting to work.

I use the perfect push ups and I think with the rotational movement they make a difference To normal push ups .if you are going to get anything I would spend the extra and get them, imo.

Fingertips press-ups are far easier than knuckle press-ups (imo...).
Clapping press-ups are the tough ones

I have perfect push ups. if they're good enough for mayweather senior...

Just do fist pushups, they're free.

Do these actually make you tone up?

I've got these got them off ebay a few weeks ago. They are pretty good a lot harder than just a standard press up. I think you would see greater benefits from these in a faster time.

They dont have this lock your talking about but they are very sturdy. they are quite hard plastic.

LOL at the epic fail of knowledge regarding training.

These are good. The lockable type which doesn't swivel is better but these are fine and definitely better than doing normal pressups. They do creak under heavier people though.

there are loads of videos on youtube for perfect pushup or similar. I have the perfect pushups and they are very tough.
