Not sure I trust a company whose name looks like it's the result of a cat walking across a keyboard.

As bigclivedotcom would point out, these powerbanks are highly overrated when it comes to capacity, probably only half of that when taken to bits and you see the battery inside.
Fair point. Gets very good reviews in general though.

Amazon reviews are taken with a pinch of salt these days. Seller give away a few dozen via gift codes so that they says "verified purchase" or whatever.

Yea, you only have to look at the dimensions and weight information to tell it's going to be on the low side of 20,000 mAh. The RAV Power 20,000 mAh pack is comparable size but weighs a 3rd more. I don't think it would be fair to say a 3rd less capacity but it'll certainly be less.
Why can't these products just have less suspicious names that make you not wonder whether they are dodgy or not?

I have the Rav power one and have to say it's very good , takes a fair time to recharge after I've emptied it though ! But I use it regularly so no complaints here
I bought this one last week at £11.99. The £5 off voucher is still there but the price is now £6 higher than it was last week, Yoyo prices seem to be the order of the day on Amazon these days.

I got mine too, wouldn't charge, display doesn't light up, left it on charge for three hours nothing.

Got a full refund from Amazon.

Is yours working?

Yes, mine is working, came charged at 92%, has charged up 2 phones and has been charged up today, a bit slow to charge though. I don't expect it to get to full capacity until it has been charged/discharged a few times.

Waiting to hear back from Amazon if they want me to send it back, as they're a bit funny as it's a dodgy battery by the sounds of it and they don't want the risk of it exploding in the post.

So if they don't, I'll crack it open to verify what cells they used. Maybe try and fix it myself

Hey just an update if you're interested, they didn't want the battery back and told me to recycle it. I've opened it and discovered two 29.6Wh cells, at 5v meaning the overall mAh of the battery is closer to 16000 rather than 26000. Not sure if you try and contact amazon and get a partial refund or something? You can claim you have a capacity meter which rated it at that and not 26.
