£50 cheaper than Richer Sounds. I've been trying to decide between this or the Cambridge Audio TV5 V2. This swings it for me.

I don't know why this going cold as it's the best price for this model which won the What HiFi 2017 award. It's right up there with Cambridge Audio and Canton for under £300.
Probably cos most dont see Apple logo and just dont know, dont understand, cant comprehend, dont want to know and thus dont care sadly
I’ve bought one of these and to be honest I’m slightly disappointed. It’s in a cabinet and just sounds a bit like it’s echoing or voices are far away. Not terrible but not what I was expecting.

Has anyone else had the same?

It's back up to £299 on Amazon. I ordered one from Richer Sounds and got another £5 off via price match making £244. There are a lot of good reviews but this unit does seem suited for the smaller rooms. Was going to go for the Canton DM55 which gets top reviews on its first class sound but unfortunately there have been many reports of hardware failure hence the large amount of second hand "spares or repair" Cantons on eBay.

You might want to have a play with switch settings on the rear which apparently is not very well documented. I think there is a forum message on WhatHiFi about this somewhere.

£249 deal is back on again.
This or sky sound box?
Thanks, i did play around with those settings. Seems to be anything pre recorded sounds good but live tv shows just sound a little odd - maybe more a reflection of how the sound is captured than the actual soundbar.

Starting to get used to it now so not too bad.
Got richer sounds to price match this! Now just deciding on this or the sky soundbox!
