I think this is a pretty good deal for a mains adapter with a 25W USB-C output - think it should be able to fast charge various devices inc Pixel and iPhone (with USB-C to lightning cable). Download the app and pay on there to get it for £10.58 delivered.

For an extra £2 get an official Anker charger, and also it will come from the UK.

That's fair enough. I thought the deal may be a good alternative for some individuals. Do you have a link to an Anker for that sort of money?

Fast charger

Slow arriver

Also please avoid this charger.
These things are unbranded and may not have proper ground or no ground at all.
You don't want your new shiny phone to be in flames, do you?

Wouldnt buy any chargers from any of the chinese companies just not worth the safety risk. At least if you buy Ankar then it will be CE certified :-

Its not a UK plug unless u charge it in the shaver socket, rather dangerous.

No indication on total power output, and no mention of PD compatibility.. since this is designed to charge high end devices, I would say buy something designed well, Like an anker.

Looks like it comes with different slide on adaptors... I'd still get the Anker from Amazon though, for a pound or two it's just not worth the bother/risk

Just buy a USB-C cable.

Not gonna defend Gearbest as had trouble with their customer service. Can't see why this is going so cold though, comments such as no ground, go for CE markings need a shaver socket etc are all a bit farcical. It comes with a multitude of plugs so is a true travel charger, most psu 's are double insulated, ground is a plastic pin and this has all the CE Rohs markings etc. Maybe people trust Anker more and might be more inclined to believe their safety markings but Anker do use all sorts of manufacturers in China and some Anker badged products are not designed by Anker. Tonnes of Gearbest, Bangood etc. Android boxes go hot on here yet few scrutinise the power supplies before purchasing. Some of the commenters on here have obviously not bothered to look at the listing before criticising.

A CE mark isnt worth the plastic it is printed on.

I don't think I have ever seen a USB or phone charger with an earth connection - they are all double insulated.
