​yes but we don't have a Tesco nearby, so just pointing it out incase other people are the same!

at over 21% sugar then these are about as unhealthy as it gets for breakfast and you are paying even with the discounted price nearly £2 for just about 550g of oats, the remaining amount (around 25%) is salt, sugar and flavouring. Plus with the oats being steamed first before you get them means that a lot of the goodness is gone from them and your body digests them a heck of a lot quicker than fresh oats.
The same shop also sells oats for 75p for 1 kg and for that you get pure oats with no added crap and it only takes 5 minutes to make (or less if you soak the night before).

Better value in Poundland. Look out for the big bowl size. Two of these packs is 20 sachets but the weight in total is more.

2 mins in the microwave with some milk/water/mix of both. This is a good deal for this product so voted hot but I've never understood why people buy these and/or try to convince me they're a good idea!? Porridge is he simplest of breakfasts/snacks to make anyway!
