Anyone have this and give any feedback?
Good price and I was interested until I read 1 battery, will the 1 battery do my smallish lawn then trim up all the edges or am I going to have to stop and charge so loose my enthusiasm and do the edging next time!
It is absolutely rubbish. I bought it and returned the next day (well after 6 weeks as Homebase customer service is rubbish)
Don’t buy!!! Unless you only have a 1sqm lawn!

It's pretty cheap and plastic-y, almost like a kids toy. Bought this a few months ago at this price but the returns are impossible at the moment. Although I've used it a few times, it does the job ok. Battery lasts around 10/15 mins tops but that's enough to do my modest sized lawn. The trimmer is a similar story. Pretty cheap but does the job. Had to get something quick as the grass was getting long and unmanageable, just like my lockdown hair...
I bought it last September and was pretty happy until yesterday. Normally the battery was enough for my 40m2 lawn. Yesterday I had to charge it 4 times! The biggest problem is that it's impossible to buy a spare battery.
I've 2 large gardens and used this for 4 years now and batteries still going good. , I bought an extra battery and it works great very light weight for easy pushing.
I bought it and returned it the same day. Pile of crap!

Thanks for that
Homebase are still proving to be an absolute shambles this lockdown.
I tried to post a Homebase deal 2 weeks back but it was rejected due to Covid restrictions on click and collect orders, has the posting policy now changed?

you can now click and collect on some items thats probably why.you have to pay upfront now when doing click and collect also.
Bought this at the same price last summer, I honestly wouldn't recommend this unless you have a small lawn (under 15m2) as any area bigger than that and you'll be charging the battery at least once maybe twice if the lawn is long and planning to tri edges with strimmer.

The build quality is fairly robust and it does the job, I would say the mower doesn't cut very low and the grass still seems quite long even on the lowest rung on the wheels. Meaning you'll be cutting the lawn more frequently to keep it at a decent height!

In the end I wasn't happy with short cutting time (continual recharging) and the grass being too high even on the lowest setting. Personally I picked up an old petrol mower for less than this deal and have been far happier with that.

I've bought this and agree on the cutting length. To resolve this I've 3D printed a thicker (by 10mm) plastic locking spacer to replace the stock one which lowers the blade and results in a much better cut!

Do you have a link to the one you bought originally? I can't seem to find them anywhere?
