"18v allows you to reach higher hedges with ease"!

Noise level: 101dB sounds rather loud.

"Cordless Pole Hedge Trimmer - 18v - allows you to reach higher hedges with ease"

It's just missing a dash to make it clearer.

These are reasonably loud, but then it's at the end of a pole so who cares lol!

I have one of these and they are a pile of ****, they barely cut grass let alone hedges if you want to waste your money buy one and see for yourself. I only paid £10 for mine from Homebase last year they where clearing them and to be honest the £10 i paid was to much for it, it has no go in it at all gets jammed up very easily with 1mm twigs and you can forget cutting anything bigger.

I'd be amazed if it cut grass, it's not designed for that! You may have a dodgy battery, these cut out when the voltage drops, which means they'll stop rather than getting jammed, but to us that would look like it got jammed.

Maybe, or looking at a lot of other makes like Bosch,They do not declare the noise levels...So Maybe

Noisy but powerful (grunts like Tim the toolman Taylor!).

Bought mine when the 15% off was on. So paid £59.95. At the time Argos were selling them for £99.99.
This is a good deal.
Yes it is noisy, you can only use it for 30 minutes (battery life).
As long as you don't need to cut thick items it is fine, trimmed a privet hedge and fir tree hedge with mine, was fine.

Got one last week and have big thick hedge to cut. Half an hour isn't really long enough so want a second battery. Where can I get one?
