LocalFound 10th Oct 2017
If you go in-store to Homebase, they will price match Argos prices on Qualcast products, possibly others.
My local Homebase (Crawley) had loads in stock, whereas I cant find any Argos with stock.

Priced at £99.99 price matched to £39.99
argos.co.uk/pro…683

Homebase In-stores priced at £79.99, price matched to £59.99
argos.co.uk/pro…258

Homebase In-stores riced at £64.99, price matched to £49.99
argos.co.uk/pro…533

Some items now not showing on Homebase website, but worth checking in-store

not a comment on the products themselves, just a reminder that Qualcast is the own brand name for Homebase / Argos and not the same company many will remember, they are fully made by Homebase / Argos and just licence the name.
Agree with eslick same company..............................................
Sainsbury's bought Argos. Bunnings bought Homebase.

NOT the same company.

they may not be the same company but both still own the licence and manufacture the items together.
This might be why they are price matching?
Just been in the Bradford store and they refused to price match as they don't have any left near me in in Argos and that it's an Argos clearance product. Not the same company by the way

Bunnings own the licence, hence Argos discontinuing.
Why not just buy from Argos
