Yes because the source is standard definition, but it has been upscaled to 1080i, and the sound is available in PCM 96khz/24bit and even better, DTS HD Master Audio 5.1.
It was on BBC FOUR I think Christmas time last year. I have it on my Freesat HD Recorder bo. Great Concert.

I think they usually show a cut down version on TV but maybe not always. The two songs from the second encore are missing anyway because the cameramen packed up early thinking the show was over! Daft, but not as unforgiveable as the idiot who forgot to press the "record" button from the video screen feed at Knebworth in 1986 meaning there's no professionally shot video footage of the band's final show...
