This is great - was thinking about doing it later on in the year but what the hell at this price might as well do it now, silly cows had too much of my money over the year anyway.

This is going to come as a shock to a certain special someone - hope she doesn't know my hotdeals logon, can't wait to see the look on her face..

Thanks,
Ordered few times before, excellent deal :whistling:

Currently the court fees are £300 (from 10th January 2006) when you file the divorce petition with the court and £40 (from 10th January 2006) when you apply for your final divorce decree.

Sounds good to me lol, wonder if you can pre-order as well would be handy:)

Nope but you'll be quids in without her :whistling:

£40 for what? I downloaded the papers, completed them, went to court to pay their fees and all sorted.

I imagine would be more difficult if children are involved but in that case you really need to pay a real solicitor to get the information you need.

£40 for papers that you can print for free is cold i'm afraid

This is true, a relative of mine just did it, if it's a straight forward divorce, just download the papers, or go to the court to ask for them, then hand them in, all for free. No need to waste another £40.

You have to pay the court fee for filing of course, but you will have to here. If you have assets or kids, then in the long run it will be cheaper just to see a solicitor as you will need to all sort that officially.

Scorching hot deal

this is sick people! sick!!

This is the funniest deal that I have seen on here in a long time.

It would be awesome if there was quidco or a voucher code with it.

Supermod

I think these type of products are disgusting and should be banned.

Isn't a vile of arsenic cheaper?

I wasn't thinking at all of getting divorced but at this bargain price this is too tempting a hot deal.

Oops...doubled that post.

I voted this hot just purely for the comedy value! welldone!

I am halfway through doing this right now (hubby has just signed his bit so phase 2 soon!)

Alternatively private counsellors charge around £40 a session, might be worth a try first? To find a reputable one in your area, see the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy at www.bacp.co.uk.

Voted cold.

A good size bottle of antifreeze is about £2.40 from Halfords.

Used this company 2 years ago. Good service and very helpful when you're unsure about the forms. Although you can download the forms for free, it is the advice that they provide that is very good.

Book seems to be particularly popular with Life on Mars fans - was it their obsession that damaged the relationship, or was it something to fill their evenings with after it happened...?

need to disconnect my net. my wifeeee is already very angry with me for not buying a gift for her.

What exactly do you get for £40?

I petitioned my own Divorce in 2006 and it cost me nothing except the stamp I used to post the papers. When I first read this post I thought they filled out the forms etc for you, but they dont do they?

Joking aside and all that but Divorce is obviously a very serious matter.

Dont waste your money on this - no offense to the OP but - you can get this cheaper from the courts directly - and all the advice you need from citizens advice or even the Internet.
