New £2.50 Quidco bonus to activate. Doesn't specify a spending limit from what I read. Apologies if already posted.

**Correction £2.50 min spend - thanks Wilsh**

Only problem with Quidco is you have to chase them up for the bonus to be paid. The original cashback will be approved after sometime and becomes payable but then £2.50 requires sending a support ticket... A bit annoying, IMHO. Voted hot mate as it sure does help people.
Ive found quidco to be getting really bad for delaying payouts. Topcashback are much better/faster. I only use Quidco when they have a special bonus offer on and then cross my fingers that it might payout.
Had 2 £2.50 bonuses with them before from last year, recently been declined after showing as tracked for months, reason was "the retailer doesn't accept cashback claims, so you can't dispute it", these were purchased from Boots and Argos so that was a blatant lie.

Live chat usually being the handiest if you're a Premium member. That's definitely the easiest way: https://support.quidco.com/This new bonus will track into your account as soon as you opt in. It's a £2.50 bonus on purchases of £2.50 or more (inc VAT), with the bonus confirming when your purchase is confirmed by the retailer.

Premium. So you expect us to pay you to listen to a justifiable claim?

You are getting terrible lately, are you at risk of going bust so not paying out?

Honour what you promise, now there's a good idea....

Never had this problem

Interesting. I had to send a support ticket in after waiting a week almost. After that they got back to me and told me it will be payable in 72 hours. Also, I noticed they don't let you withdraw anything below £10 for Amazon vouchers which sucks.
Just done this with the Rakuten deal. The bonus is showing tracked but not Rakuten

They must have literally just changed that, I was able to withdraw £6 in Amazon vouchers yesterday.

Thanks for that, at least they seem to be aware of a potential issue so worth a go.
It will still track although you don't purchase anything but later on decline. Quidco should stop tracking in such manner
£2.50, wow!
I've always had the bonus issue with Quidco, only just got one from mid November this week after a dozen emails complaining.
They do "lie" about denied claims as well, they are denying the Apple one saying Apple don't accept claims, Which is total rubbish since Apple accepted and paid the claim via TCB within 36 hours...
Gone right off Quidco, no longer using them unless"forced", always TCB even if the amount is less, which it almost never is....

PS they also claimed that the Apple Music one wrongly tracked as ITunes, then denied saying that as well.... Horrendous...

Don't both TCB & Quidco offer a cashback matching offer,I have used it on TCB and they matched the higher payout on Quidco

I see a few bonuses from December declined in my account. Is this the sort of thing you are talking about? Or do you mean the time it takes?

Are declined cashback bonus decisions final?

No I had my bonus cashback neither confirmed nor declined for over a week. It was approved after sending support two emails. When you email them, you receive an auto reply with lots of details. First time I was fooled by that and didn't follow up but next time I replied to that email and managed to speak with a rep through email and they manually approved the cashback.

As you can see Quidco rep is also here commenting about the problem. Their suggestion is just to get in touch with support rather than fundamentally resolving the issue. So, yes get in touch and ask for your £2.50.
Just bought £5 Xbox credit from CD Keys and Bonus has tracked.
Never had Bonus payout problems thankfully.

..and it took a dozen emails and 2 weeks for you to fix a problem that shouldn't have happened....

And you're still denying the Apple Music one....the latest comment from your Support says something like "Apple would not give cashback for a free trial"... Well that was the damn offer!

If they can't understand the difference between bonuses and bonus's then they must be stupid.
Thanks for pointing out their mistake.
quidco is really poor, guess they too busy getting rich to respect the system that made them rich
Never used quidco again after they declined my £100+ broadband cashback out of nowhere

Also I find that those purchases than had higher rates for black friday or xmas, they never report correctly, had most of them declined as well even though following their t&cs. Again always best not to price in these amounts when purchasing an item.
Usually use TCB for their Bonuses as no problems at all. Starting to regret making use of this Quidco one now I've read these comments. Still, they were toiletries I needed and on offer, the £2.50 was just a nice bonus.
Agree with the general sentiment, always go with TCB, much better.
It can be slow but I had about five of these during Black Friday the last of which has just been paid. I didn't chase it up or anything and they were paid without prompting but it did take a while!
I like how in the Quidco threads you get people saying how TCB is better and much more reliable, and exactly the opposite in the TCB threads.

I rather suspect the number of silent but happy customers for either outweighs both though

That's not the only problem with Quidco. The main problem is that for any large amount of cashback, in my experience (and I've been a member for 10 years), they often don't pay up.
i've had a large number of bonus rejected. The problem is I cant recollect if they were bonus I decided not to purchase since the minimum spend was too high or whether quidco is playing fowl .. and its a hassle going through all the past hukd posts/emails just to find this out... Would suggest writing down the retailer and purchase for each bonus you activate so that if they decline you really know for sure...

Use Zeek, it’s 15% top up instead of 1.5%. Then buy an amazon gift card on zeek if that’s what you need. 30p commission so make sure 15% is more than 30p. I usually wait until I have 50 on zeek so 42.50 on quidco. Also never had a problem getting paid by quidco though some take 6 months
I’m very surprised they were voted better than TCB. I upgraded my quidco account to use the chat feature to moan about the bonuses which did work! I think you just have to wine a bit and they’ll pay.
